What is freedom? Is it freedom from the control of others or privacy or property ownership or the ability to do what you want with your body as long as you cause no harm to others? Is Liberty for today in this land of ours? Is our Constitution's purpose to limit the power of government and keep it off the backs of the governed? Do we really have a government by the will and consent of the people? Are our freedoms mere whitewash to cover the stench of growing tyranny?
Our lawmakers and lawyers have been totally off the reservation for generations now. Is it no wonder we reap what we sow? They are self-interested (of course) in perpetuating or increasing their power over us dummies. "Real crimes" cause real harm to others property or bodies. All other "laws" defining "crimes" are a crime against liberty. Attempting to legislate morality via various prohibitions NEVER works and is a colossal waste of resources. When will the average American learn that true liberty is devoid of security? Without the functioning check-valve of service-to-others SELF-government, no "free" society can survive. We are doomed to tyranny precisely for this reason.
"Freedom of religion" is for the peaceful "religions" that don't cause anyone to question authority. Remember Waco? ...or the "heathen" Native Americans we slaughtered for their own good? The only state-sponsored and free religion in this country is Humanism under cover of pseudo-science in our public indoctrination centers. The 501.3c "churches" in America are not free to speak their minds... read the fine print. The idea of "freedom" of anything in this country is beyond a joke... talk about blind faith. lol
Radical people of any religion will find their "freedom" non-existent in this so-called free country. Try megaphoning anything remotely "revolutionary" in front of any town hall. We Amerikans have public freedom of speech in "free speech zones". Try protesting at a Presidential event these days or on many college campuses. We do not have privacy at all. Without it, we have no foundation for liberty. Why does every intersection in small town America have 360 degree surveillance? What does it say about us as a nation of so-called independent people that we allow this travesty and others?
How far is too far? Will we continue to lick the boot when it is on the back of our necks? When federal agents write their own secret warrants without a judge and compel silence about said warrants from its victims, the time is long past for a new revolution. I only hope the national pain comes soon to waken the slumbering giant. Be prepared to take advantage or be prepared to be a full-fledged slave.
We have allowed our government to enact non-sustainable methods which foster unintended consequences faster than we can react to them. The power to tax and control monetary policy is the real power. Americans have ZERO input on either since 1913. Try to remember why we had a revolution in the first place. Are we there yet? ...again. Please read the declaration of Independance and smell the tyranny. Time to wake up people. Do you have representation in Congress or do Big Banks, Big Oil, Big Labor Unions, Big Pharma and Big Pentagon? We get taxed and pushed around, they reap all the benefits.
The next economic collapse is almost upon us. Who knows how bad it will get or if it can be stopped before chaos ensues? If you really don't think it is coming, you are in a sad state. Will this nation emerge a stronger, more free people? Or will the ubiquitous apathy and pathetic entitlement mentality prevail to the detriment of us all?
